Juan Garces De Marcilla is an attorney, investor, founder and former investment adviser. As a partner at Merrill Lynch and cofounder of the wealth management group Stratford, Garces and Associates, Juan spent 15 years advising high net worth clients on crypto and tech-based investments in the U.S. and Latin America. In 2020, he cofounded Rivas and Associates—which quickly grew into the largest immigration law firm in the Midwest. He’s advised and invested in numerous tech-based projects and startups and has helped pioneer the use of technology in the scaling of modern law firms. His hobbies include reading, traveling, and mountaineering. He lives in Chicago, Illinois.
Merri is an Angel Investor who has studied and invested in many start ups. Her drive has brought her to also join a VC fund, advise start ups, mentor women in STEM and has a great understanding of our present fiat and the future of digital currency. With two degrees in the sciences, Merri’s passion is captivating and she is looking forward to bringing more women into Blockchain through various sources of media. She has written articles on Crypto, been interviewed live and interviewed over 20 start ups for a TV pilot. She is passionate to see changes for a better world.
Srdjan is a full professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, where he teaches Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain. Tom is an Engineering leader with more than 30 years of experience working with software, hardware, AI and computing imaging. He is co-inventor of more than 60 US and international patents. At Cloudparc Tom led innovations in the fields of AI and computer vision. Tom was a key member who worked on usability assessment of the Apple Vision Pro spatial computing device prior to its 2024 February product release. Prior to that, Tom held senior Engineering roles at Novax and PVT Technologies, delivering next generation Smart City software and hardware solutions. Tom is a registered Professional Engineer, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Nataliya Hearn is an engineering professor turned serial entrepreneur. Dr. Hearn is focused on the implementation and growth of new technologies, and has been a director and/or founder of numerous public, private and blockchain companies. Dr. Hearn is also Co-Founder of CryptoChicks Youth Program. She was an early blockchain adoptor – investor, experimenting in ICOs, NFTs, IDOs, educator for uses and applications.
Dr. Hearn was the Founder and CEO of Element 21 (ranked as the fastest growing company in Canada run by a woman W100 2009) that brought space age alloy technology to sports (baseball, golf, lacrosse), electronics, and aviation industries. Dr. Hearn organized the launch of the golf drive from the International Space Station (2006). Featured in Forbes (June 2010) for developing space age material for Mount Everest team with the warmest and thinnest jackets using ZeroLoft insulation material. Dr. Hearn holds her Ph.D. in Materials Engineering University of Cambridge.
Steven Nerayoff is a Blockchain, AI & Internet pioneer & inventor while also an attorney & venture capitalist. He is also the author of 46 US & International patents, many of which have become seminal inventions which encompass some of the earliest and most innovative methods primarily in the fields AI / Machine Vision, Smart Cities & Autonomous Vehicles.
